General Manager

Sam Laracuente lives for the guest experience. He began his restaurant journey at Stress Factory, a comedy club where he served as Head Server. Later, at Anthony’s Coal Fired Pizza, his passion for hospitality propelled him through the ranks to become General Manager.

Eager to grow, Sam joined Robbie Felice’s second restaurant, Osteria Crescendo, returning to the floor as a server—this time at a more elevated level that deepened his appreciation for food and beverage. Once again, he rose quickly, stepping into a managerial role that became the foundation for his career with the company.

Today, Sam calls Viaggio home, serving as General Manager with an unwavering dedication to creating exceptional guest experiences. Whether it’s a casual weekend dinner, a private event, or the lavish Pasta Tasting Menu, he works tirelessly to make every visit—big or small—unforgettable.
